At DiamondBack Covers, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in our craftsmanship. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
